Frequently Asked Questions
Bookings & Logistics
-
Are you a registered and insured company?
- Yes, we are a registered and insured company. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients, and our registration and insurance provide added peace of mind.
-
How far in advance should we book?
- Early booking is always recommended. Popular dates book quickly. Weddings and large corporate events should secure services 3–6 months in advance. Private parties and weekday events may have more flexibility.
-
How long does setup and breakdown take? Does it count toward my hours?
- Setup takes about 45 to 60 minutes, and breakdown takes about 30 minutes. This time is completely on us and does not count toward your rented event hours.
-
What are the space and power requirements for the booth?
- We need a 10x10 foot level space and access to a standard, dedicated 3-prong power outlet within 15 feet of the booth setup. If your event is outdoors, the booth must be completely sheltered from rain, direct wind, and direct sunlight.
-
What is an "Idle Hour" and when do I need one?
- An idle hour is time when the booth is fully set up but not actively running. For example, if you want the booth set up by 4:00 PM before your wedding ceremony starts, but don't want it open until cocktail hour at 6:00 PM, you would book 2 idle hours.
Payments & Policies
-
Do you require a deposit to lock in my date?

What is the difference between the "On-Screen Local Gallery" and the "Live Online Gallery"?
- The On-Screen Local Gallery allows guests to view and instantly share the photos they just took directly from the booth screen during the event. The Live Online Gallery hosts all event photos on a beautiful, private webpage. Guests can access this webpage via a QR code during or after the event to download full-resolution copies of any photo taken. The Live Online Gallery also can be broadcasted to other devices during the event such as TV's and monitors.
