How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. No Selling or Renting: We do not sell, rent, or lease your phone numbers or email addresses to third parties. Third-Party Processing: Your text messages and emails are routed through our software provider, Fiesta, and their designated communication sub-processors (such as Twilio for SMS) strictly to transmit your photo link. These processors are contractually barred from using your data for any other purpose. OnScreen Disclosures (TCPA Compliance): By entering your phone number at the booth, you acknowledge and agree that message and data rates may apply for the single, one-time text containing your media.
How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Photo Release & Marketing Usage
By participating in our photo booth experience at an event, guests acknowledge that the digital images, videos, and media captured are intended for the entertainment of the event host and their guests.
1. Marketing and Promotional Use:
Unless explicitly restricted by our contract with the event host, we reserve the right to use select images and videos captured by our booths for our company's legitimate business promotions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Print marketing materials, flyers, and digital advertisements. We do not use guest photos in a manner that implies a personal endorsement of any product or service without separate, explicit consent. We never publish names or identifying personal information alongside these photos unless given permission.
2. Right to Request Removal (Opt-Out)
We highly respect your privacy and comfort. If a photograph or video of you or your minor child has been published on our website, social media pages, or an online event gallery, and you wish to have it removed, you may request an immediate takedown.

Online Event Galleries & QR Codes
Digital images are uploaded to a cloud-hosted event gallery so guests can view and download them via QR code or direct link. Public/Semi-Private Nature: Depending on the host’s preferences, event galleries may be accessible to other guests from the same event. If you wish to have a specific image of yourself removed from an online gallery, please contact us directly using the information below.
